Default How to cycle/load- unload suspension

Can some one please tell me how to do this/what it means i am recieving my uca camber arms and lca bushings/brackets from figs tomorow. I am just reading up on the torque specs and this was on figs website.

"verify clean cyling with suspension by loading and unloading. While suspension is loaded,"

Any help would be greatly appreciated

A "loaded" suspension means that enough weight is being put on the springs/shocks/control-arms to fully (or near-fully) compress them.

I'm not totally sure what "clean cycling" means, but, as I understand it, it refers to clearance of the brakes, wheel wells, and other underbody components when the suspension is bottomed-out.

So can i just use a jack to do that or can i skip it? Its for a lca bushing in a billet housing i dont understand why that needs to be checked its going from a fluid filled bushing to a 90a Polly its not going to move as much.
