Looks like the Palisade will continue this design element.
Top element on the Santa Fe is just the DRL, turn signals are at the very bottom of the stacked lower cluster of lamps. Kona does have the turn signal element up top within the high mounted assembly with DRL. Rear turn signals are also separated from the main taillight assembly and mounted down low in the bumper.

Hyundai has adopted this design element for its crossovers, and oddly Chevrolet is also adopting for Blazer, as well as some of the pick up lines.
