I do love the current grill but would still like to see a new design.

Reminds me of a bigger 3GS with a very wide stance.

This car has rear wheel drive proportions so its plausible.

If that's the new GS it doesn't look any different than the current one.

That's my guess.
This is the next ES not the GS, and it does not have RWD proportions.

Some observations:
The license plate has EU flag on it. It's probably Waterloo, Belgium.
The new pictures do show a lot of negative camber on those rear wheels, but the width of the wheels is rather small for a RWD car.
Are those the same wheels in the new pics as the old pic?
Looking at both pics of the trunk outline, looks to be identical leading me to believe this is the ES.
Also on the new pictures, the rear I can only see one exhaust outlet. This is probably an ES hybrid.

Lol, that's what I was wondering as well. Would be a weird place for that car to be spotted, although it is kinda in the middle of nowhere and 9.9/10 vehicles there are all domestic (last several times I visited) so maybe Waterloo IA is a perfect place for a masked up Lexus to go unnoticed.

Mile marker looks Euro, so Waterloo, Belgium?

Everything reminds me of the GS. From.the rear windshield to the passenger windows.
