Umm. I'm not sure he is "lucky". Because, if the Expedition driver did that, and he survived, he'd be looking at a pretty slam-dunk lawsuit.

I 'm not sure it would be a "slam dunk" with Florida's stand your ground law..

As I see it, he IS lucky. You don't ever know what someone's reaction is going to be when you run up to that person's vehicle and start pounding on it. To do that is simply insane.

Wow that guy is definitely on drugs.

This is why I wish we would have MANDATORY ANNUAL driver license testing and illegal drug testing to operate a motor vehicle.
