Oh, brother.

Body looks nice, wheels look like styling for styling's sake. Tell you what, let's eliminate tires completely, make a 28" wheel, then spray some of the "Flex Cote" rubbery spray (as seen on TV!) on the perimeter.

Grille looks like a mustache as worn by The Little Tramp. Or maybe Adolph.

The story could apply to the last ten years of Lexus, or even most other car companies. Pretty much a prediction template all naturally fall into with normal product cycles and future offerings.

My thoughts exactly! If nothing else, they certainly haven't been making any headlines in that area. Maybe this is what they mean? https://futurism.com/toyota-self-driving-car-company/

Even then, others have been at this game for a while now. CL...

With that large ugly grilles on their cars, I can say they lost some loyal customers (as we seen from the other buyers thread) but may have gained some new ones. I love Lexus but I heavily dislike their large grilles and I don't see myself buying a new car from Lexus anymore. Besides, my old Lexus will definitely run forever so therefore I don't have any urgency to buy a new car from Lexus anytime soon.

It's a shame, because I think a number of products from both Toyota and Lexus have great overall design, but huge grills on the fronts that mess the cohesiveness up.

I know, I am driving a car with such a grill, but my car will always be beautiful.

It’s time to get rid of management at Lexus. They don’t listen to customer feedback.

Get rid of stupid touch pad and grill.

Agreed, from a 4 time Lexus buyer and probably never again unless they change.

Dido. We bought two LS in the past and stopped buying Lexus after the introduction of the ugly big grill. Based on what I see in the Lexus sales reports, Lexus is slipping. Yep, It’s time to fire the management team.
