I apologize if there's already a thread, but I didn't see one in my searches.

My wife was recently in an accident and her car was totaled. It sucks, but she's fine and now we're looking at replacing it with a used Lexus. She's looking at a sedan, so we're going to test drive the IS, ES and GS today and see which she prefers. I'm a Toyota guy, so I know the Lexus is generally reliable, but what specific things should we look for when we're shopping? (Example: The 4.7 V8 needs the water pump/timing belt done every 90k miles. Tacomas had frame rust issues to look out for)

Our budget is $20k-$25k, so we're balancing features with price. Being in South Texas, butt coolers are a must, but everything else is negotiable.
