I stumbled on this guy a couple of years ago and every once in a while I will watch a couple of his videos. He's a sales trainer for car dealerships and he records his training sessions. He has an interesting approach to explaining certain things - I find it helpful to watch these videos to understand what the person on the other side of the desk is potentially thinking, how they're positioning certain things, etc. I certainly don't want to resurrect a lease vs. buy discussion but I will say watching one of his videos on that topic gave me different perspective on leasing and pointed out a couple of things I've never read on the numerous debates here on CL. Anyone else ever watch him or have anyone else you recommend watching in the car business as a way to educate yourself as a buyer?
