Hey all, new to this forum.. Have been in plenty, but this one is actually for leisure and for my own make this time. Usually operating forums for work and been in the automotive (aftermarket) industry since late 90's. Don't know why it took me so long to join, but better late than never. Been reading through some threads and this spot looks to be very informative and helpful.

 

Welcome to Car Chat....glad to have you. Car Chat is essentially the Main Street of Club Lexus (CL). Although (as you will notice) there are also other dedicated CL sub-forums for specific Lexus vehicles, and for vehicle maintenance/general care. Here in Car Chat, though, the name means just what it says..we talk about any vehicle or motorcycle (Lexus or not), day or night, 24/7, around the clock. The one thing the moderators ask is that we keep the threads on-topic (which some of us, me included, don't always do LOL) and follow the CL rules of showing respect to others when we post.

 

I've only been here a couple of years myself, but what I enjoy is the (almost-total) lack of "You're an idiot!" "No, you're the idiot!" "No, you are!!!"

 

Yeah compared to other forums of various topics I have been on, this is definitely among the nicest.
