Stopped by a Hyundai dealer today because they had a Limited model Palisade I could drive. They had several new G90s, all of which had the previous gen wheels on them. Salesperson said they swap all the wheels on their inventory and that its a zero cost swap. The refresh G90 looked much better on the jet blade style wheels.
If you go back to that dealer, please take a pic of the new G90 with the previous gen wheels and post. I'd love to see it.
Seems the only new additions are the matrix LED's from the new G80/GV80 (which doesn't even matter in the North American market since they still haven't been approved for public use), and those nice 19' rims that look way better than the current ones on offer. Disappointingly, there's no still no digital gauge cluster on offer, nor the camera-adjusting suspension and air bladder massage seats like on the G80/GV80. Since this is the flagship model of the entire Genesis brand, it should have had all these upgrades.
I don't know if I like or don't like the front end. It could use a bit of tweaking. That being said overall I love the look of the car inside and out. I wish they would make a "sport", or "sport-ish" model (I know that is not the intent of the car), that's the only way I have a chance of getting the wife to consider one. Otherwise she just calls them an "old person" car.
