I've never seen one on the road.

Granted i don't drive anywhere near as much as you and i don't live in traffic hell like you do.

I saw 2 yesterday! The placement of the front plate is tragic, right up in the grille. Would have to skip that...

i can think of more problems i have with the design than that. the mirrored (chrome) bar on the side is big enough to be the mirror in a gym!

The alternative is to mount the radar on the grille like on the G80 and other Genesis sedans. There's no win-win solution.

The electric G80 has the best radar implementation but it doesn't count since it has no real grille either.

I am starting to see them in the wild too. I was riding with my dad the other day and we saw another one in the wild. She looked over and they both gave each other thumbs up.

Another time I was riding with him and someone waved to put his window down. The guy then goes "I just wanted to say I really like your car." I asked my dad how often that happened and he said about once a week or maybe every other week. It's definitely not a car if you want to avoid attention. If it's parked on the street with a lot of walkers a lot of people turn and look at it. He's also gotten "what's a Genesis?"

100% agree on the front plate. Luckily NC is rear only anyway. However, I think front plates on all cars are terrible and no state should require them.

Love that feature on the passenger seat for the driver to move it forward/back/tilt. The LS460 used to have have it, not sure I've seen it available on 5LS

That's a basic feature on every Genesis, including the G70. Heck, i think it's even in some more recent Hyundais.

LS 500 still does it. Just doesn’t stick out on the side of passenger seat

In the LS500 you just hit a “R” button and control the passenger seat from the drivers controls, same as Mercedes.

I really enjoyed having seat position controls on the left side of the passenger seat (in my g90) for me as the driver to adjust it.

i don't see many gv80's on the road, but saw one the other day (lower end trim presumably with smaller wheels) and i have to say i really don't like its looks.

i think cars look worst in white, but still...

i find the proportions 'off', the odd triangular metal piece at the rear corners strange, the overdone chrome bits... just not a good looker. it's like an infiniti qx60 on crack or something.

Well definitely many automakers aim their styling for the top level trims; I find that most cars in lower level trim just do not look as nice.
