i know​ ​​​​​​for the original 400, toyota said that an LS with 50,000 miles should not feel, sound, or perform noticeably different than a brand new one

i imagine similar parameters were put forth for the 430

They're the same "basic construction" because they are designed by the same company and designers. They are not the same parts.
