The New VW Golf is coming and it will be bad
Volkswagen is pushing forward to release the next generation of the Golf.
But the builder has several problems. Repairs of Dieselgate are late, the new WLTP test cycle was a thing VW wasn't prepared of, and they obviously struggle to offer cars.
In this context, the test Golfs of the new gen where plagued by electronic and system errors. More and more. Actually, the prototypes have accumulated a total of 15'000 errors so far. At Volkswagen, the term "general open field of errors" is mentionned. So VW decided to bring the first models of the new Golfs with less onboard eletronic. Doesn't know from the article exactly what will be deactivated, but it looks like some safety equipment is scrapped for the next gen.
