LS500 20,000 miles
GX460 20,000 miles

My 2014 IS350 had the 15k disclosure sticker when I bought it in 2013. My 2015 GS350, as well as my 2019 GS350, had it too.

They've been using that disclosure for a good while, at least 10 years or so on cars with 45 series tires and smaller.

sounds about right. 3GS can't get close to the 50000 miles the tire is rated for. 25000 mi at best, rotated every 5000 miles.
I thought it might be an alignment issue, but looks like the GS was just designed to eat tires unless you drive straight highways all the time.

I want to say I saw that on GS of that gen, at the dealer, way back when, or brochure. I think it was a disclaimer that went something like this vehicle when equipped with summer only performance tires can experience significantly less treadwear, even 15k.....when I see something like that, I get it! Means you stick to the roads.
edit: I wonder what % of the general road population has ever had a vehicle with summer only tires? One clue would be they have a set of winter tires, but people in Canada have them anyway so that would not be a good test there. I remember seeing a woman driving a X5 M last winter and she was terrified in a snow storm....it looked like it still had those beefy summer tires on because not many people will have staggered snows, that's time to make it square and skinny

I believe it's on ESs with the 45 series tires, and not on the ESs with the 55 series tires.

Seems archaic even Pilot Super Sports, full blown summer tires that came on Ferrari 599's, came with a 30k warranty when not staggered. How 15k was derived is very 1998 if you ask me (let's cut a realistic number at least by half). My RE050A's lasted 41k, and not from wear on the front, fronts were at 6/32, the rears were done....
