I am not convinced he is guilt of assault with a deadly weapon.
We have not seen all the evidence either. Was he distracted. Not paying attention. Having a medical issue. Lots of things we don’t know just yet. What was the dialogue from the security guard? Was it misinterpreted.

No dialogue from the security guard defends the guy hitting him with his car. He didn't bump into him once remember, he did it twice.
We know enough.

You're kidding, right? The LC owner contacted his property managers office complaining about the slow security that same morning. Then, returning home, hit the guard twice clearly on purpose. Can you explain why he has a need to do so while also getting pretty darn close to the car in front of him compared to the car behind him besides to antagonize the guard? The video clearly shows the evidence that the dude is clearly doing it on purpose, then he has the gall to email the guards bosses again later on telling them to fire the guard. The evidence seems pretty clear cut, so dude seems pretty damn guilty to me, but unfortunately, people like him will get off with a slap on the wrist with a fine/community service. At the very least, he should be required to work that checkpoint for a solid month.

I don’t need to explain anything. Neither does the drover. You assume the guy is doing it on purpose. Like I said? Is he on the phone distracted. You don’t know that. Yet.

If he was distracted why did he call the kid's boss and try and have him fired because he stopped him from entering the community?
You're just being a contrarian here,

we don’t even know if he was distracted. Hence, let all the evidence come out, or not come out. You also do not know if the communication to the security company is even evidence.
