Attended the Lexus Performance Experience Event
I was lucky to get to get invited to this great event where we got to drive RC F, GS F, and LC500. Plus hang out with the legeng - Scott Pruett!
Event began at Intersect by Lexus which is a very cool Cafe/Restaurant located in Meatpacking District. There is only 3 locations worldwide - the other ones are in Japan and Dubai I believe.
The design of the place is amazing and uses various finishes used in real Lexus cars such as Carbon Fiber, Leathers, trims etc. Also cool art design s of actual Lexus car parts.
The event began with Lunch at the restaurant, followed by Intro from Scott Pruett and some other presenters.
Then we went to drive the cars. The trip began from Meatpacking District (Lower Manhattan) throught the West Side Highway over the George Washington bridge and finished in the Palisades- about 1 hour drive altogether. I started in the GSF and then we switched cars and i got into LC500. At Palisades we stopped by hotel where we got some refreshments. Then we switched cars for final time (i got the RCF) to head back to NYC.
Overall this was amazing event and probably one of the best i have attended. Reminded me of the great Taste of Lexus Events long time ago.
Scott Pruett is a great dude and hopefully he continues to be Lexus ambassador for many years.
Some Lex updates - We were told LC convertible will be introduced in July.
LC F will come after that with TT V8 making over 650hp but less than 700hp.
I will do separate writeup on the car driving impressions.

There was no post history so you must have replaced your write up with the pics somehow.
nice pics though, do tell us some of what you experienced when you can.

Too bad I miss out on the event. Was thinking about it but didn't have time. So you are saying they confirmed that the Lc F would have 650hp+?
I don't know if I believe lexus anymore after the Rc f track edition..

Considering all the BMW cheer-leading you do and crapping on Lexus I'm surprised Lexus invited you to the event LOL
But in all seriousness, they probably wanted to show you in INTERSECT in person, show you 2020 F's, and tell you what is coming down the pipeline ala LC F with a little bit of patience

How does the cars compare to your Competition M3? The yota fan boy in RCF Sub-forum gets offended when reviewers claim the GSF is the better drivers car to the RCF pre 2020 models. Is that assessment true?

Here are my Driving Impressions of the 3 cars - i will compare them to each other plus obviously in comparison to my M3 Competition.
1st was GS F
Positives - Great seating position overall, Interior quality, blue stitching/ carbon trim, good rear legroom, cool seats, awesome gauges, exterior styling is aggressive.
Engine sound is great!
Negatives - STEERING is horrendous! Probably the worst i have ever felt in sports oriented car.
Seats - no adjustment for side bolsters.
NAV / Multimedia System is crap and not user friendly.
Transmission is Slow.
Throttle response is delayed.
Customization - I put everything in Sport Plus mode but still not as aggressive as I prefer. In my M3 I can independently customize Engine, Transmission, Suspension, Steering not so in GSF.
Exhaust sound is nonexistent.
Vs M3
M3 is Faster, more nimble, handles much better, DCT is on another level.
Seating position on M3 is way better with more adjustments especially side bolsters.
Steering feel and weight are much more my preference and can be adjusted.
Its a nice car overall and should be priced $75-80k.
The only upside to the GSF is better Interior quality and a bit more room inside.
