Hi all, I have a unique issue. I'm trying to register/add my new-to-me 2012 GX 460 on the drivers.lexus.com website, but it will not recognize my VIN. Why? Because apparently that website only recognizes American VIN numbers, and since my GX was originally purchased in Guam and shipped over, it does not recognize the VIN (even though Guam is a US territory.)

Does anyone have a work-around, or know of another international Lexus website where I can register the GX?

You could just call your local dealer and have them run your VIN through Lexus's national dealer network TIS in Service Lane. They'll tell you if you have any outstanding recalls.

In the back of my Owners manual there was a page to fill out info + VIN & address to mail to Toyota/ Lexus.
