Will the F Sport Continue To Be Inspired by Corvette?
How will Lexus push the LC F to be closer to the C8? Go back to the drawing board and make the LC mid-engine?
As always, these 'Curated Contents' seem like click-bait

um, think there's some issues there... in the first slide it says:
what is "the new Lexus F Sport"? since it's a sedan are we talk es, is, gs, or ls?
When Toshio Asahi was asked about his favorite thing on the new Lexus F Sport, his answer was clear, he loved the exterior styling the most. He explained his fascination with the fact that it's a sedan that looks like a coupe.

while the second slide is appealing the fourth slide is blatantly sexist.
F-Sport Sex Appeal
The interviewer asked Asahi about what he thinks will appeal to men and women about the F-Sport, and he replied that the men will appreciate the stance of the F-Sport, as well as its performance and presence, which is the very same reason everyone loves the Corvette. As for the women, he believes the sexy, flowing lines will be most appealing. It is becoming apparent that the reasons the chief engineer of the Lexus LS division thinks the car is most appealing are exactly what the all-American Corvette is famous for.

Clearly they are talking about the LS, which you wouldn't know other than the mention of the "LS division" and the chief engineer of the LS. Yeah... the title and whole article need reworking. I think it's an interesting topic, for sure.

LC F is coming and will have 650-700hp from TT V8.
Unfortunately it will cost close to $150k and be very limited. Its just a marketing gimmick to parade around to all the auto shows.
C8 will be selling 2-3000 units per month.
LC F will not sell 1000 units in a year.
Lexus should study how to launch a vehicle geared for enthusiasts and the vast customization options for trims, colors, etc

I think inspired is used pretty loosely here... But I was at the reveal for the C8, and I was blown away... This is ushering in a whole new era of performance. I can't wait to see how it compares to exotics on the track. By the time they bring out the Z06 versions, it's going to be truly bonkers.
