Question about Lexus Hybrid Choices
Why is it that only the RX has hybrid variant with a "bigger" engine than its sibling?
If Lexus offered the same variant in it's other models (except the LC and LS which have a powerful Hybrid option) instead of an underwhelming smaller engine, it would be a sensible trade off between mileage and performance. Lexus attracts buyers looking for style and adequate performance. An IS 450h, RC 450h, and ES 450h would be excellent. The 200h and 300h are just nonsensical hybrids.
Also, Lexus needs to ditch the ugly partially hidden muffler / no finished exhaust tips on the hybrids. They got it right with the LC 500h. Such a poor design choice on the other hybrids. Okay, finished ranting!

I was thinking the same but then I remembered that the GS450h was discontinued.
I think the UX also has more power in the hybrid form than in the gas version, if I remember correctly.
