I actually think it looks pretty good and it's fairly fast.
+1. I'd much rather have the AMG. The design actually works for that car, without looking cheap like the BMW. Someone at my office has an A220 that parks near me on occasion, and I rather like that A-class as well.
I just find it very confusing that BMW used the 2-series name for this FWD-based car... Guessing that they would rather muddy the waters of what a 2-series is than make, say, a 1-series GC.
Stupid indeed and then they have the M2 and M240I which are RWD. This POS should have been a 1 series.
I believe they have a 1 series hatchback in Europe that is based on the 2 series coupe chassis, and a 1 series minivanish thingy that is based on the 2GC chassis.

The 2-Series 2 door is what messed everything up. Once they split off the 3/4 Series, and made the odd numbered series the sedans and even the "coupes" (or "Gran Coupes"), it's the 2-door 2 Series that should have been the 1 Series.

The 2 series coupe is the best damn car on the road, I dont care what it says.
The whole thing with grand coupes is nonsense, they are sedans plain and simple.
