Default Lexus UX 4x4 tested on rollers

Hi guys,
i found this 4x4 test on rollers - performed by carcaine Youtube chanel. I find it very interesting proof, of what can little UX do. Car stands on two or 3 rollers in each test. Wheel with traction must move the car within 10 seconds. Here is the video:

It performed pretty well, though in the 5th test, it looks like the rear electric motors don't generate enough torque to get the UX moving when just that wheel has traction.

Thanks for the post. I’ve watched these with Subaru’s, Audi’s and Range Rovers but never a Lexus.

I thought the rear wheel no grip problem was fixed in their hybrids disappointed to see nope. Ridiculous fail the motor itself can easily move the vehicle this is all a software problem.

When I was up in DC recently, my dad and I took a test drive of the UX and I liked it a lot and gave a serious look to the hybrid model, but when I looked at what I truly needed going forward ended up getting a used 2016 CT200h to replace my RX300. Just didn't think I needed something that big anymore.

Welcome to CL as a new poster.
