Love it! I assume the idea tho with pricing will follow the hellcat trend, first MY is spoken for with dealers ADMs, and then things normalize.

The Coyote takes supercharging very well, so that's an easy option. And actually they wouldn't have to "shoehorn" the 7.3L in. It's physically smaller than the 5.0 Coyote. Specifically it's both 4.5" narrower and significantly less tall, though it is a bit longer thanks to the increased bore.

Yeah either of those options would be way more likely than putting the Predator in the F-150. We don't even know at this point if it will mate with the truck's 10-speed, but the real blocker as previously mentioned is that it's a specialized, expensive, limited-production motor.

The only downside to the 7.3 is weight as it is an iron block versus an aluminum block. Though I believe the hellcat is also cast iron so it would be a wash there.
I don't suspect that Ford would have issues mating the 10-speed to the 5.2 Predator, an engine that is derived from the 5.0 Coyote.
