Default Kia K7 vs Hyundai Grandeur vs Renault Samsung SM7 vs Chevy Impala vs Lexus ES350

Let the fight begin! lol this is old video though back in 2017 but I don't think many have found this video.. interesting to watch. Fight was taken at Inje Speedium race circuit where it is very hard on the brakes and torsional stress on the cars due to the design of the circuit. Pretty much all cars suffered on brake fade and lost brake pressure...Lexus got hurt the most in that area. Vehicle stability control kicked in on all these cars cutting off throttle at different points of the race course.. but the Hyundai Grandeur seemed to have suffered the least in that regard. There were no modifications done to any of these cars.

Thanks for finding and posting that video; really cool to see how standard cars like that with no mod hold up in courses like these. Curious if they update this with the new Optima (or K5), Sonata!

The new Sonata vs Chevy Malibu here

Sonata 1.6 liter 180 hp / 195 lb-ft
Malibu 1.3 liter 156 hp / 174 lb-ft

Sonata is faster but the vehicle stability control is very sensitive. It keeps cutting off power interrupting the race. Malibu electronics system crapped out too eventually.
