2021 Venza and Sienna

The holes make it dead easy to install lights there. The aftermarket will step in for sure with a simple bolt-in LED kit. The recess they have provided would hide the cuts you need to make for a nice clean install.
So it's actually a blessing if you want fogs in there. I wouldn't be surprised if port or dealer-installed options appear for this eventually.

I find this Venza extremely unappealing. Inside and outside. There is almost nothing I really like. The center stack does nothing to peak my interest. The center stack buttons meh...I just find it to be so boring from a design perspective. The Sienna I kinda like.

I never mentioned anything about JC Whitney but for the average owner, no. They won't notice the holes.
But people complaining about the holes will seek a light that fits there. Places like The Retrofit Source will likely start carrying vehicle specific bolt-in kits for that, as they do for countless other cars. I'd buy one for sure if I was a Venza owner.
And any dealer smart enough to see that demand would carry the kits, too. And offer them during the sale at a grotesque dealer markup as usual.
