I thought I read that Toyota will not use the same engine in the Corolla version. I have no idea who has a more powerful 3 cylinder, but it is pretty high HP for a small engine, plus 4wd, plus a torsen slip..
Agree. This also has 4wd, a new 3 cyl turbocharged engine pushing around 260 hp ; basically a rally car tuned for street use. We may get a GR corolla with the same engine in the US
the word on the street is that it’s more fun to drive than the 86 or Supra.

As long as it not just a cosmetic upgrade and yes that is very high output for a 3 cyl engine

yes it it’s not cheap though starts around 30k in UK
