Dumbest Mod EVER Done TO A CAR
List the Stupidest Mod you have ever seen someone do to their car.....
I saw a guy that had a 70's something (I think it was a Toyota Corona) and he put a Plastic tray on his hood upside down (as a hood scoup) and a small Horse and Carrage figurine mounted on top of it. he also had sprayed his (metal, non hubcap) rims Gold (leaving the overspray on the tires) and sprayed his mirrors gold as well (both sides). I didn't get a chance to check out how much was put into the interior though.

Those spinning hubcaps are pretty lame. I have seen them twice so far...both within the last few days.....
First one was on an 80's something Caravan, and the second one was yesterday on a fairly new Cavilier. Both drivers thought they were somewhat "hardcore".
What I mean by that is that they were all hunched over, as if the steering wheel was in the passenger area, radio pretty loud, and they looked angry. A type of angry look that tells me that something is making these individuals mad. Perhaps their spinning hubcaps dont spin properly.

What me and bluelex (Adrian) saw today was really funny. Can't really remember what car it was but it was blue and the hood was painted like a bright fire orange but it was spray paint from a can and then he did like a line from the hood going back threw the side fenders and ending on the doors. 
I told bluelex that he was painting his car and he forgot to finish the other end or maybe that was the look he was trying to achive?
