Yes, but, it was mechanically well maintained. Honestly there is no point continuing to care for the exterior of a car with that many miles, as its pretty much worthless at that point. Nobody on the second hand market is going to buy that car for any reason except to restore it and put it on display in a museum. I wouldn't ever trust a used car with over 300,000 miles to take me more than walking distance from my house unless I owned it before it hit, say, 100,000 miles.
