The guy who owns the Neon is not the owner of the house & garage. His parents do and it was his Dad's idea to do the garage. He mentions that in his writeup. And I think it's pretty good for a kid to own a brand new car, whatever it is.
What I want to know is how much that garage cost? I'm guessing it was built at the same time the house was. But for the garage alone I'm thinking ummm $300,000? Does that seem too high or low?

Thats nice but i would have to add a few things to make it my dream garage!! My dream garage would include a full complement of tire/wheel accessories (sp) from the mount/remove tire machine, to the highspeed balancer, to those racks that hold the wheels. All with the aircompressor, a lift everything!!!!
I would have 2-3 sets of wheels for every car, then just go in my garage and have the in house guys switch them, mount balance tires etc. Just imagine, driving home you get a flat, pull into YOUR garage and have some take your wheel off with the airgun, dismount the old tire, go get a new one(which you would have in STOCK), mount it balance it etc.
I could just see my brother coming over every 2 days to get wheel work done.
PimP!!
