Toyota is the most valuable carmaker in the world, with a market capitalization of $108 billion, more than DaimlerChrysler, Ford and General Motors Corp. combined. Nissan is No. 2, with a $50 billion market value and Honda is third, with $42 billion.

Kaizen is just one small step in the total quality process Toyota uses. They have TPS, Toyota Production Systems which is what makes them so great, you wonder why GM did the Vibe with them, they want to LEARN.
Kaizen in the states is used as a buzz word to often, not many people REALLY implement it.
Same with Six Sigma, another MFG buzz word everyone tosses around to freely.
