It only takes 1~2 idiots to start it by driving too fast, and then those think it's OK to step out of their car in the middle of the highway. People need to move their vehicles out of the way ASAP in such a condition. It doesn't matter if they are involved or not. In addition, there is always Samaritan that thinks it is OK to park their car on the side to help without realizing they are blocking any alternative route for incoming cars behind to avoid the collision. Sad
