I do subscribe to him, I just feel he is a little bias when it comes to Toyota/Lexus products. He often criticizes Toyota's choice with sticking with the NA V6 and V8, the amount of power they produce, their infotainment systems etc which is his right, but most Toyota/Lexus buyers don't care about that stuff. We want a smooth, quiet and reliable ride that will give us at least 10 years of trouble free operation. If a person wants modern infotainment screens with all the bells and whistles, 600 hp plus TT engines with 0-60 in 4 seconds, there's the Germans and American (BMW, Mercedes, Mustang, Demons etc.). I'll take a 10 year old Camry, IS350, LS, GS etc over a brand new BMW M series any day. OK, I'll take the brand new BMW, drive it for one year, than sell it and buy a 10 year old Lexus and pocket the rest

Sorry about the rant, that's my only pet peeve about him. Other than that, I watch most of his reviews, but my favorites are Savagegeese, Throttle House, Straightpipes and Alex on Autos...in that order!

Minor correction, the color is gloss, not flat.
Agreed, solid reviewer and a very tempting entry!

when i wrote flat i didn't mean matte, i meant it has no metallic flake in it. VERY popular color right now on many brands and models. that's the color of my santa fe.

The fact that so many brands are using that colour right now makes it less desirable to me to be honest. You can get Civics, CR-Vs, Elantras, and others in that flat cement gray colour... it's no longer an exclusive thing haha.

tons of white, red, silver, black cars too, haha

but yeah, the cement gray has become a thing for sure. colors go in cycles.

My Tacoma is a metallic cement color and I really love it. I get a lot of compliments about the color. It's getting popular, but that's okay. It always looks good.

Why is this not a full on F car? Seems to have the performance for it.

I think because the way they want to price it. A full on F would be LCF and RCF prices, making it less desirable. This will compete with the BMW 340i. If they price this between $55,000 and $60,000 Lexus will have a winner on their hands. I'm sure if this car is successful an F may be down the road

Watching an agonizing 2 mins of his hair commercial endorsement right at the start of the video killed my interest - I gave up and moved on.........

Oh yeah, the commercials. I stopped watching the smoking tire for the same reason. You can skip through them, but still annoying. Savagegeese is my all time favorite Youtube reviewer

ha, ya know you can just skip through it. Keyboard: cursor right a few times, or click the slider.

Rumors I'm seeing out on Instagram is expect to see a high 60k low 70k starting price.

Still a dope car IMO, can't wait till they finally go on sale.

Is this for an IS500? Starting? I'd be really disappointed if that were the case as the performance doesn't warrant the increase over a regular IS350. I would think it would be more in the low $60k starting range.

Yes IS500, it was in an Instagram story I saw yesterday which is no longer available after 24hours. But again, just a rumor for now. The poster has proved to be somewhat creditable with various prior leaks. We shall see what happens.

I too was guessing low to mid 60k.

My guess is $70K starting for IS500
