C&D tested the 350.
Tested: 2022 Lexus NX350 Goes for the Middle Ground
Those who were hoping for the 2.4T specs to be "underrated" from earlier in the thread are going to be disappointed, it's pretty sluggish like the 2.0T.

Assuming it really does get 36 miles of EV range.

Wow. For the claimed power I don't understand why it's not faster. In addition it's not fuel efficient compared to its competitors. Pretty disappointing. Would rather they put the 15 yr old V6 in it since it seems it would get similar mpg, faster and probably more reliable.

I don't see why it couldn't fit. A variation of that V6 was in the 3rd gen rav4, I think they could design it where it could fit without much issues.
edit: not sure if the 10 speed trans is bigger than the 6 speed in the 3rd gen rav4.

I'm sorry, but the C/D results is pathetic. Either Toyota is putting emphasis on fuel economy over performance or they are way behind in turbo engineering. If it is the latter, now we know why Toyota is lobbying government bodies to slow down evs.

Me neither. Lexus has sold over 1 million of the previous gen…this is gonna be a massive sales hit

It probably will be. Doesn't change that is one of if not the slowest in the class with one of if not the worst fuel economy. It would have been good to have either performance or economy. We have neither.
