With all due respect, bit is correct, the 2021 Santa Fe, even the base SE, has moved to an e-shifter, buttons like the Palisade and Sonata. So... you seem to be mistaken in what you looked at.

This is a Base SE Interior.

And here's an SEL, since that's what you looked at. E-shifter buttons still there. This one even has the Convenience package and thus the digital instrument cluster. Pretty remarkable in a $30Kish car.
