I'm guessing the GS's because majority of Lexus drivers own a GS. GS430=300 HP!!

Looks like I'm the first non-GS owner to post. I must agree. I think the GS engulfs the desired Lexus image. But then again, that's only if we're talking the STOCK king of Lexus...

Smile LS430 Ultra Luxury: Lexus' Flagship, Hands Down

LS430 Ultra Luxury Package--the uncontestable flagship of the Lexus brand. Sure, the GS430 may have 10 more HP and better handling, but the LS430 UL has air suspension, double-pane glass, side window sunshades, rear audio controls, rear seats with seat massagers/heaters, front seats with variable heating and cooling , "cool box", etc.

exactly

GS is the image of Lexus (second is the LS i think)...
but the SC is the best IMO

timeless look, two door, available 5-speed, and ****-easy to turbocharge...

Of current models, I'd have to say GS 430 for performance. However, as far as the brand image, it would have to be the LS 430 Ultra Lux. It's got it all.

The LS and ES MADE Lexus. The RX pushed Lexus to the forefront of the luxury market. The SC proves Lexus can make cars with personality. The IS has given the youth a reason to give Lexus a second look.

Although among all Lexus vehicles I prefer the GS: but unfortunately nobody knows what a GS is! The ES sells 6-10 times what the GS sells. My local dealership doesn't even keep GS's on the showroom floor anymore.

Of course, since this board is clearly dominated by GS owners, people will attempt to claim the GS is the king. But, we'll wait and see what the next generation GS brings before coming to that conclusion.
