Johanthoma.....those two red images in the OP are NOT the same car. The lower image appears to be a new 2021 Lexus IS.....the upper image, an earlier version, though I am not quite sure which year. But you will notice that the hood, headlights, lower-fascia, and grille are all noticeably different in the two models.

it is DEFINITELY not a 1Gen 2001-2005 IS300 model. I owned one of those myself.

Welcome to CL, BTW, as a new poster.

Top pic is LC500.
Bottom pic is a 2021 IS350.

You don't recognize the top picture as an LC500?!

Stunned that the ClubLexus faithful have trouble identifying the most striking model in the current lineup.

Both are attractive cars ruined by the gimmicky predator grill. Really can’t wait until Lexus removes this styling element. People focus their attention on the grill and don’t pay attention to the other details.

Don't agree. I'm no fan of the spindle grill, but it fits beautifully into the LC's overall design aesthetic.

It doesn’t look as horrible bec the rest of LC is such a great design.
If you look at just the front end - it definitely doesn’t look good imo.
