Happened on Sun. in Loveland, CO leaving a C & C event. Everyone was OK, It was chilly, in the 40's when this happened, cold tires and cold streets, trying to impress and he did not.

especially knowing what i know now about insurance, depending on how much had to be paid out his rates could significantly increase just from that guy hitting him... which is kinda BS to me but that's how things work
