I'm undecided. Some of the photos look better than others.

The DRLs remind me of the Sonata DRLs. Not sure why Kia would want to use Hyundai's design theme there.

Front of the Sportage last gen, and this gen seem to be funky for funky's sake. Not entirely congruous with the rest of the vehicle. But plenty to like here aside from the front.

From the pics I like the interior. Not sure about the front, I 'll have to see it in person.

I actually like the front end. It's the side profile that I am struggling with.

It looks massive for a compact, especially compared to the outgoing model. More Venza-sized than RAV-4 sized at this point.

That front end is pretty nasty. But the rest of it is pretty outstanding for this class of vehicle. Interior to me seems to be a level up from the RAV4/CRV/CX-5, etc.

Wild to think these vehicles fully loaded approach $40k. I'm sure this will be no different.

The grille's design language looks excellent on the K5 sedan. But stretched vertically here it's downright terrible.

Interior looks amazing for the segment.

i think this front end will look good or at least ok with darker colors. reminds me of when we first saw the early spindle grills on white lexus... not so good in most cases.
