Did you guys know that ?

Ever wonder what the Lexus model names stand for?

Here's what they mean:

IS - International Sedan
GS - Gran Sedan
ES - Executive Sedan
RX - Recreational SUV (X stands for 4 wheel drive)
LX - Luxury SUV
LS - Luxury Sedan
SC - Sport Coupe

Well I did know. So I have that Executive Sedan !

you implying that the integra badge names had anything to do with Lexus names? i hope not LOL

the 1989 Eclipse RS and GS existed before, and i'm sure there were plenty of other cars with the LS badge

nah..
im just saying, like on the integra..
RS = Rally Sport
LS = Luxury Sport
GS = Grand Sport

so i figure that the names on the lexus were something along those lines..
