I doubt this came from the factory that way. It was either the dealership or a 3rd party who changed the badging to black. As someone mentioned earlier in the thread, they come with silver/chrome lettering from the factory. On Aston Martin's website when you build a DBX under Exterior then Badging there are two options: Enamel wings badging and script and Black chrome badges and script. If this car had black chrome badges that would include the wings badging which this car in the mall does not have, just the standard enamel wings. The local dealership displaying the car or a 3rd party seems the more likely culprit.
I agree it's not perfect, but IMO it is not a big deal unless you are looking at it very closely. While I respect Steve's opinion, I probably would not have done a thread on it.

Just seems like a really odd thing to do to this type of car…
Perhaps odd, but It's not uncommon to see modded high end cars in the Bay Area. Just the other day I saw a customized Lamborghini Urus SUV coming out of Kar Tunz a local Audio / paint wrap shop. I've seen an older Vantage there before, but it's usually Ferrari's, Lambo's, R8's etc.. But yeah personally I doubt it came from the factory like that especially since the wings badging is not black like it would have from the factory. Still neat, the DBX is lustworthy

Im not saying the modifications are that unusual, just that a dealership would do it to an unsold car.
Velvet ropes, oh yea that will stop kids right in their tracks.
Oh yeah lol.
You havent seen this mall though, there aren't many, if any kids in it. Theres nothing for them and no reason you would bring a kid other than to eat at a restaurant.
