That was running through my mind as well. But I just thought about all the guys on CL that like to do top speed runs, just like this guy was probably doing, and are still here to brag about it. I think most people, most of all the guy in the wheelchair, know he f'ed up. I think he has paid the price for his stupidity many times over.
