I think it looks great. Hybrid doesn’t bother me because it has the 10 speed. Part time 4WD doesn’t bother me. Live rear axle would bother me if that’s true…

I would not even consider the LX600 over this.

Looks like a solid axle. I have no issue with that

Agreed. This is what the LX should be based on. The interior design is actually nicer than the new Land Cruiser IMO

The Dual screen setup / design on new LX is a disaster.
This is really well done.

I’m looking forward to what they do with 4Runner and GX.

so bring the most powerful engine that's also efficient to the sequoia but not the flagship lexus suv.

so with this and the new tundra, when's the new 4runner coming out?

Looks like it has a solid rear axle. 3rd row can be slid forward/backward for more passenger or cargo space.

Unfortunately a solid axle also means very little legroom for third row passengers. But I can excuse it on the Sequoia at its price point- not so much on the LX.

3rd row looks pretty terrible in this. They mitigate it somewhat by letting the rear seat adjust forward and back but there is barely any foot space

Looks like late 2022, for an all-new 2023 model. The current one is about a dozen years old.

Here's a link with some info:

Wow looks excellent ! I wasn't expecting that the new hybrid powertrain will be the standard engine. 437 horsepower and 583 pound-feet of torque are just insane numbers . This is more standard power & torque than the 6.2 L V8 in the Cadillac Escalade !! Wouldn't be surprised if the prices have also increased substantially.
