Perhaps the most interesting (and hypocritical) state cars are in North Korea, where Kim-Jong-Un, for all his hatred of Capitalism and Western countries, has a fleet of Mercedes, Bentleys, and even old Lincoln Continentals (late-70s vintage, the largest Continentals ever built) at his disposal.
