If you’re going to call out the things that impact the EV market then you have to be intellectually honest and acknowledge that the traditional ICE market is nowhere near a free market either with mandated use of dealers, the general inability for manufacturers to sell direct, targeted tariffs impacting certain manufacturers, artificially higher and lower gas pricing and more. Very free markets are actually free. And more often than not that’s not necessarily a bad thing. The free market left entirely to its own devices can be quite pernicious.
