The lady is correct in most of what she says, although it doesn't really tell most of us much more than what we already know.

IMO, this just makes the list-price policies that Saturn and Scion used to have that much more attractive...that 50K+ mark-up that she talks about at the Jeep dealer is simply absurd.

Personally, I think that if things don't change for the better later in the year, and we don't start to see more sanity in the market, there is going to be an enormous consumer reaction at the polls, but that may (?) be getting into an area that we can't discuss in public. Otherwise, this is what new-vehicle-shopping is going to look like..........
