Haha, just had a Versa as a rental a few months ago. Agreed that its a miserable POS. Though it probably doesn't make the list because the owners have low expectations, which undoubtedly the Versa meets.

That interior is straight garbage quality. Sorry, but its true. Horrible materials, poor build quality, creaking and rattling...typical GM garbage of that era.

Worst rental car I have had in the last say, 5 years was a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. I actually took it back.

Don't think I have ever heard of it until now. If I did I completely forgot.

I hate to admit this, but the Camry is my favorite rental... they drive smooth, are comfortable, and usually only one visit to the gas station before returning it. The Charger and Mustangs are at least two visits if I'm there a week

Agree, had a Malibu as a rental recently and thought it was pretty terrible, but maybe part of it is what you're acclimated to driving normally. Later had a Maxima and thought it was more similar to the Malibu than I'd have liked. Actually got the chance to swap it for a Kona EV, which has at least drives much better unless you're on the highway.

I know this is not the right thread to discuss this, but I would think the Kona EV would drive very good on the highway. We have a 2020 Ioniq EV, it only has 138 HP but drives smooth as any V8 I've driven at 80 mph. The Kona has a lot more power than the Ioniq. And my PoleStar 2...that drives amazing on the hwy

Same. The girlfriend has one. Not a fan of the infotainment, but at first glance, it looks fancy. I have to say, it's faster than my IS 350.

Only the Luxe is slightly faster, but not much faster. My friend bought a 2020 RWD Luxe and it was just like half a second faster than my 2010 IS350 Sport. It did definitely pull much sooner with its low end torque, but it wasn't much faster. Tuned with bolt-ons is a different story. He bought it early last year with only 30K miles on it for $25,000, which tells you how much it devalued. He ended up selling it and bought a G35 Coupe

We have different roads. After less than an hour on a Scottish B road it crystalized from me why smaller cars/SUVs are preferred over there.

I had a G35 coupe and it felt fast in 2004. I had an IS350 and it felt fast in 2014. Now both feel like slugs. Lol. It's amazing how fast things have progressed in the last 5 years.

My IS350 still feels fast, is fast, and still fun to drive. I can still take on most modern turbocharged 4 cylinders, like the WRX, STi, Veloster N, Type R etc. Turbocharged V6 and V8's is where it falls a bit behind. Of course my PoleStar will obliterate it

my local lexus gave. me a versa since they were out on lexus and I had. my GSF in service. I came home and parked it and was thankful I have my RX to drive around. Versa was not confident at higher speeds, the wheel was unpredictable and had a lot of wind noise. It did had CarPlay with crapy sound system.

I think I would rather ride a bike. I think a bike and versa have almost the same HP
