That's the 2000 Koenigsegg CC (it's made in Sweden (ala Volvo), by no means Asian).
The 2nd-gen (CC 8S) has been out for almost two years already too.
It's the only production car besides McLaren F1 that has a completely carbon-fiber body (and hence the light weight).

I've seen the Top Gear video for it, and it looks bad@$$ in black with the newer headlights, like that red one someone posted.
