Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, they believe the accident was Arnold's fault. They say he was turning left but there was a left turn arrow that was still red

TMZ is actually a pretty good source, my guess is he ran the red light.

I think its safe to say the bleeding from the head was from the 6,500 lb SUV on her roof lol
So does she get a ticket? With no seatbelt.

I think there would be guildlines for what is appropriate

You're assuming she had no seatbelt thats not a fact, and that would be up to the officers on the scene.

There are, I posted them. He says they aren't severe enough.

Until the facts are determined. No way to know. Does he plea guilty?

Good thing everyone is alive.
This is why I always recommend for people to buy a larger sedan or SUV. These compact cars may be very safe but it doesn’t take into account that you can get hit by a Body on Frame SUV or Truck that weighs almost twice as much. If that lady was in a 4Runner, she would have walked away without a scratch.

As far as fault, many celebrities have killed others in accidents and suffered no punishment.
Brody Jenner, he is the former Kardashian husband i think, and Venus Williams, tennis player, are recent examples.

Happy to see Arnold wasn’t hurt.

how you can "lol" about someone injured by reckless driving is breathtaking. smh.

law enforcement reviews the investigation and evidence and brings citations/charges as they feel are appropriate and according to whatever rules/restrictions they are bound by. in many cases the rules give them no choice as to what to do. normal procedure.

a ton of law enforcement departments are also understaffed, underfunded, and overwhelmed so enforcement is often 'nothing' or a 'slap on the wrist'. lots of other examples, but not going to get into anything that might be viewed as political.

Well in NYC, the new DA has announced that no prosecution will take place for even Violent crimes as they will look to plead down most to a misdemeanor. Unless you were caught murdering someone, then they will possibly seek a sentence of 20yrs to life.

There are not enough detectives to investigate shootings and murders, nevermind a car accident related death.

this is a different (opposite) account of what happened...

Police told reporters a red Prius was making a U-turn as it continued through a ‘red arrow’ signal to turn left when the collision occurred, causing the SUV to roll on top of the Prius and hit two other vehicles.

How do you brake check a car head on?

"Mass is mass, Yukon is heavy and safe"...etc etc.

Why the change of tune all of a sudden, now the physics involving mass vis a vis' BOF SUVs are good? I thought big heavy SUVs were overkill and too much?

Hope the injured party recovers.... Arnold probably has insurance out the WAZOOOOOOO, most wealthy people do in general let alone Arnold.

Wrecks do happen all day, every day in Los Angeles. My spouse was rear ended 3 or 4 times (I forget) just near our apartment when we lived there. Once by an Escalade lol.

The body shops out there sure do have unlimited, great, steady business!
