2022 acura mdx type s
some really nice additions including air suspension, great looking wheels, and more.
$72k for a loaded one though!

I just don’t see the value in getting this MDX over an X5 for example which is significantly better in almost every respect. I doubt the TypeS will lease well. I will definitely check it out as I will need to get a new SUV later this year.
The base MDX is great SUV if you get it at the right price and they did great job with the design.

70k+? Are they serious?

I think the only notable aspect of the Type S is that it comes with air suspension, which somewhat justifies the $70K+ pricetag compared to the competition.

I've been seeing more and more of the new MDXs around, and they look good to me.
As for $70k for the Type S, I don't see that as unreasonable. My local Lexus dealer has a few RX350Ls at MSRP of $65k, and I'd take this MDX over an RX350L They also have several regular length RX450hs for $64k.

Yeah, I am well aware but its still to much money for too little car. 70k is Panamera, Bentley, New gen AMG/S/M, or similar in my mind.......Not a borderline mainstream midsize SUV with questionable quality. I just can't ever do it, I would lament what I could have had instead. My entire fleet combined minus the Sequoia and Ram costs less than this Acura.
