It also appears to only be available in the M Sport trim unless its the EV which is another big mistake.

The pricing on the EV is not bad, I optioned one right where I would want it and it came in at $129k, less than 300 miles of range won't cut it for me though.

 

Yes, low range is definitely one of the downsides of this propulsion-agnostic platform they've got going on here.

Yeah, I noticed the forcing of M-Sport too. Even on the slowest 6-cylinder, which makes absolutely zero sense. It's like a visual penalty for not going with the EV.

 

Yet still, some people refuse to believe and acknowledge that EVs are being shoved down our throats. (Not you just in general.)

 

Lol that's a very big reach you're making there. The EV 7-series not forcing the M-sport package likely has more to do with aerodynamics and range.

 

I'm not sure I have it straight. The 6 cylinder 7 series automatically "forcefully" comes with the M-sport package? Right? Sad, I used to care about luxury cars (still do S-Class) and would know everything about them down to the nuts and bolts. Now they're just ruined appliances courtesy of CAFE.
