Hey man, fine by me if I can hit 60 in 14 seconds or less and 40 in 6 or less and it yields 35+ mpg. Ford did it with the maverick hybrid, I don't think anyone who buys these expects performance lo!

The Maverick is selling at least partially on its good looks. I agree with earlier posters that the awkward styling of that Ram 1200 is not going to be much competition, even if it is actually more of a true BOF truck than the crossover Maverick.
