I cannot tell, didn't get off the car to get closer look.
3 of them are 500h, for some reason there is one current model F sport mix in there.

Those are probably the press vehicles since they were at Plano Texas where the journalists were testing the RX. Meaning they're pre-production and shipped from Japan.

The AMG package makes the GLE look MUCH better IMO, its actually pretty muscular with it:

My only issue with these is they have some cheapness in the interior. The lower doors are pretty terrible hard plastic, X5/X7 doesnt have that issue.

The insurance and repair costs on BMW and MB are crazy now - my MB dealer gets $200 an hour for labor, and parts prices are crazy. A transmission fluid service that was $299 a few years ago, is $599 now. I had three 5 series in a row, the seats are hard as rocks, had to use a memory foam cushion.

My Lexus dealer is $220 an hour lol. Costs are up everywhere, its not unique to MB or BMW.

BMW seats, I have to agree. Thats a big reason why I didn't get a 750 when I was shopping before I got the S Class, I just could not deal with the seat bottom.

I was just making a statement about how weird they name their new RX. You have an LC500 and there's LC500h and LS500h too. Now they're coming out with RX500h.

No doubt that is the best looking SUV with nice features along its big name. IMO it's the best AMG line of all models. Non AMG line GLE looks like a different car/brand. What is it about lower doors that you don't like? It looks fine to me and plus when do you look at them?

It's just that it's hard plastic. Mercedes didn't cheap out there before but this current generation of MB vehicles are rife with little things like that. This will thankfully ease up for the next generations now that their EV efforts are fully funded.

Its just a quality thing. I like nice materials and I'm used to cars that don't have hard plastic in the interior like that. X5/X7 for instance that area is soft touch vinyl.

hard plastics on lower door panels MAKE SENSE to me, as feet and stuff come into contact with them. i have no issue with hard plastic there.

Totally disagree in a luxury vehicle. A mainstream vehicle like my Pacifica, sure.

Its ok on an SUV. The plastic has to be good and the GLE pic there doesn't look very good.

It was the first time I actually looked at the quality of these panels. Lol. I can see they're a bit different but IMO it wouldn't make me happy/unhappy either way, esp the GLE I wouldn't ditch that good looking vehicle for this.
